Event Cancellation
- If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund of the ticket amount paid will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing timelines depend on your bank and the payment gateway provider.
Event Rescheduling
- If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the revised date.
- If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.
- Refund requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible.
Participant-Initiated Cancellations
- All cancellation requests must:
- Be sent via email from the same email address used during ticket purchase.
- Include the Order ID and participant details.
Refund Eligibility
- Up to 7 days before the event: Refund will be issued after deducting applicable payment gateway charges (if any).
- Within 7 days of the event: No refund will be provided due to limited seat availability and advance operational commitments.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Late arrival
- Partial attendance
- No-show on the event day

- The organiser will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
The organiser reserves the right to update this policy prior to the event launch. Any changes will be reflected on the website.
